This surge reflects a broader trend of expansion and adoption, as Phantom now supports multiple blockchains, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Polygon. The platform's installs also jumped by 463%, from 167,000 to about 941,000 within a year. This growth is attributed to several Solana-based airdrops and the burgeoning activity in the DeFi sector, positioning Phantom as a leading gateway for new users entering the cryptocurrency world.
